1. Floor management to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
2. Assist in the development of short and long term financial and operational plans for the restaurant in support of corporate objectives.
3. Participates in the development of the annual budget.
4. Monitor the performance of the restaurant through verification and analysis of financial and results on guest satisfaction measures. Initiates corrective action as required.
5. Maintains product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating any complaints. Initiates corrective action as required.
6. Recommends local store marketing programs to build sales.
7. Maintains an environment that ensures associated motivation, development, and training.
8. Maintains applicable preventive maintenance program to protect the physical assets of the restaurant.
9. Ensure the security of the restaurant is adequate to provide protection of associates, guests, and assets.
10. Ensures the two-way communication exists with all associates.
11. Manages in compliance with established company practices and policies.
12. Ensures that the restaurant is adequately and competently staffed to meet guest needs.
13. Maintains an environment that ensures associate and guest safety
Skills
- Speaking both language well ( English, Arabic )
- High school and college graduate
- Have minimum two-years experience in full dining service
- Have experience in using computer, knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word. |
