To ensure that BSS Network elements perform as per project standards and all installation responsibilities are dealt with such as site survey, installation quality check, commissioning, troubleshooting errors, acceptance, site integration and reporting. 

Key Duties 
Installation 
Assist doing site survey as required and site survey report. 
Assist site installation assessment according to project quality process and as built quantity reporting. 
Assist BSS Network element commissioning, troubleshooting, site integration and initial performance test. 
Assist ensuring compatibility of network elements.

Skills

A bachelor degree in Telecommunication engineering or equivalent 
Safety and health certificate 
Receives training and is tutored in telecommunication systems 
Decision Making Authority and Responsibility 
Receives instructions from TI/BSS Team Leader and/or TI engineer 
Communications and Working Relations 
TI Technicians, TI/BSS engineer and TI/BSS Team leader
