Job Title: PR Manager
Description

 This Public Relation Manager is responsible for providing leadership with regard to the development of the overall hotels Public Relation, He/She will support all hotel sales areas in advertising, promoting with relevant communication support to achieve budgeted sales goal of the hotel. Prepare Market trend report and develop communication plan accordingly. Provide and develop internal communication to all hotel associates on changes and business updates.

Main Functions:
Include the following and other duties may be assigned.
1.Develops the PR strategy supporting the marketing plan implements for rooms and F&B division.
2.Create vital links with the local communities throughout CSRU (Corporate Social Responsibility Unites) and organize to strengthen the hotel reputation with communities
3.Gather and communicate Marketing Data and press release articles
4.Develop and maintain the company`s corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage.
5.Setting communication budgets for corporate events, special events, entertainment, and advertising.
6.Manage special events such as sponsorship of special events introducing new facilities and services in order to gain public attention.
7.Draft speeches for company executives and arrange interviews and other forms of contact for them.
8.Evaluate advertising and promotion programs for compatibility with public relation efforts by research for the result, analyze and feedback.
9.Formulate policies and procedures related to public information programs, working closely with sales team, Director of Marketing and DOSM.
10.Observe and report on social, economic and political trends that might affect business.
