The main responsibility will be to plan and achieve both short and long term Business objectives. Create and implement sales and marketing plans. Build brand and channel management strategies and optimize its execution in the market. Foster strong business relations with key customers, distributors and principals. Develop new business, identify suppliers, effectively negotiate and generate new income opportunities. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing policies to promote products & services. Must have hands on experience in developing new product ranges. He must possess expertise in handling different aspects of supply chain including sourcing, purchasing, distribution etc., The incumbent should preferably be an MBA with specialization in Marketing, 11-14 years of work experience in FMCG/ commodity distribution business, of which at least 4 years experience in running a business division independently. Skilled in implementing sophisticated business systems & in managing competent professionals. Should possess sound technical, analytical and operational skills.
