The secretary is responsible for providing first line support to the GM, ensuring that the Management Team is able to operate as effective as possible. Applying discretion, confidentiality and pro-activity to all tasks.
Maintaining all office and personal files with confidentiality, Arranging and coordinating personal and business schedules, Coordination with HR office on all personal matters relating to manpower requirements, Manage complex and ever changing travel arrangements and diaries.Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence and confidential information both internal and external.
