Roles and Responsibility:
• Interact with customers and employee to provide unparalleled levels of customer service
• Resolve questions and complaints effectively and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service through the entire supply chain process
• Monitor and manage promotional activities according to set guidelines
• Monitor and manage customer delivery scheduling
• Maintain customer database
• Manage, Utilise, control and protect company assets
• Ensure compliance to company policy and guidelines
• Compliance to Health and Safety guidelines
