Job Summary/Purpose:
Provide ongoing HR Solutions and Support in the day to day operations to the Business units.
Accountabilities:
2. Identify recruitment sources, conduct search for CVs, Interview and shortlist Candidates and set interviewing panels and interviews with applicants.
3. Follow up on the pre employment process with candidates to secure timely joining of new employees and coordinate with the government relations section and administration to secure work permits and air tickets and accommodation for overseas new employees.
4. Review employee disciplinary requests, employee grievances and coordinate investigations with legal department.
5. Conduct and document exit interviews.
6. Review promotion requests and secure GM HRD approval and follow up on implementation in payroll.
7. Conduct job analysis in coordination with the job incumbent/Manager; write and update Job Descriptions and prepare and update Organization Charts.
8. Provide coaching to Staff / Managers to identify measurable outcome and weighting for Performance Appraisals and normal PA rates distribution and investigate related grievances.
9. Oversee the process of performance appraisal; identify training needs and communicate to the Training Center and follow up on the execution of the training calendar.
10. Check and sign documents such as offer letters, contracts, joining memos, disciplinary warnings etc…; and secure GM HRD approval.
11. Ensure compliance to HR Policies and Procedures.
12. Ensure adherence to Compensation and Benefits Policies and Practices.
- Provide coaching and support to Managers and staff on HR Processes, including career and succession planning.
14. Oversee the Employee Satisfaction surveys and participate in the interpretation and identification of areas for improvement and follow up on implementation of recommendations.
15. Prepare HR metrics and provide HR reports to GM HRD and the business units identify areas for improvement and set and follow up on action plans.
16. Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on E-Synergy.

Minimum Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Post graduate Diploma with 5 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience.
- Language:English is a must. Arabic is an advantage.
- Certification and Licensure: HRCI or CIPD
