Strategic:
1. Prepare annual marketing plans and budgets to meet the marketing strategic planning requirements.
2. Monitor implementation of the annual marketing plans against budgeted figures and take corrective measures as appropriate.
3. Recommend annual marketing strategy, such as promotions, public campaigns, loyalty programs etc…
§ Operational:
- Monitor and analyze the current service, parts & accessories data (Sales figures, CSI etc.) to create strategies to increase Customer retention, parts sales & gross profit.
- Monitor research activities to determine program concepts/ opportunities for service, parts & accessories marketing.
- Design, develop & produce service marketing promotional materials.
- Design after sales promotion plan documents to support marketing activities based on the PDCA principle.
- Monitor field staff to obtain feedback and provide information on After Sales Marketing Programs.
- Design marketing campaigns to recapture the lost volume of sales based on the market conditions and volume of targeted customers.
- Design public campaigns to increase the customer awareness about the company’s quality service, genuine parts & accessories.
- Design Loyalty programs based on the market conditions & customer characteristics to ensure customer retention.
- Oversee the database for the Loyalty programs.
- Oversee the updating of customer information .Create action plan to improve the accuracy of customer information.
- Design & prepare in shop promotion materials that help in the effective utilization of each customer visit.
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
- Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on E-Synergy.
- Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
§ People Management:
- Identify, set and agree on KPIs and objectives.
- Prepare performance planning (PP) and conduct performance appraisal (PA) and PP/PA interviews including employee development plans and counsel employees on career progression opportunities and approve training requests.
- Recommend employee promotions, salary adjustments, and disciplinary actions and approve vacation and overtime.
- Identify staffing needs, participate in interviewing panels and take hiring decisions.
5. Maintain and promote staff motivation by addressing employee grievances promptly and escalating when necessary and enforcing fair and equitable compliance with Group policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Education and Experience: Post graduate diploma with 9 years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management with 12 years of experience
2. Linguistic Abilities:English is a must. Arabic is an asset.
