•Perform user requirements analysis including documenting software requirement specification.
•Prepare system and program flowcharts, design applications, database and user interface.
•Designing and developing new and existing applications primarily in the C# / VB.net language within the .NET framework integrated with database technologies (MS SQL, MY SQL and Oracle).
•Independently and as a team work on all SDLC phases.
•Solve technical programs related to applications / systems and provide innovative workable solutions.
•Research third-party ingredient technologies to determine upgrade/migration paths and impacts to current frameworks.
•Recommend, implement and enforce coding standards and procedures.
•Ensure unit testing, systems and integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) are properly performed before implementation.
•Organizes and prepares program and system documentation under established guidelines.
•Coordinates the effective use of the development team's time and ensures efficient communication between team members and other functional areas and departments. |

Requirements
Skills
•Minimum a 4-year degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in programming and systems analysis.
•Technical and professional certifications are a plus.
•Experience at programmatically interfacing with a relational database management system. MS SQL, Oracle and MY SQL.
•Solid foundation in object-oriented software development.
•Excellent web coding skills in HTML, XHTML, Java script, XML, CSS, Java, Jsp, ASP / ASP.net, web services, AJAX, SQL and PL/SQL.
•Experience in using different reporting tools (Business Objects, Crystal Reporting, and SQL Plus).
•Knowledge of version control software.
•Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical users using written, audio and visual forms of communication.
•Good command in English both written and verbal. Arabic speaking is a plus.
•A good team player and works well with multi-cultural environment.
•Adept with new technologies in the market place |
