Sales Engineer for the Department of Residential & light commercial products - Retailer Channell)
It is expected from the New Candidate to handle the following duties in order to assist of meeting the departmental targets:
1. To scan local market for identifying and developing HVAC clientele.
2. To respond to client enquiry's on time which involves introducing appropriate Carrier products which meet the clients technical requirement and offering a tailor made solution.
3. To prepare an accurate, customer specific quotation, which is within the companies policies and guidelines and get necessary approvals from the Sales Manager.
4. To follow up quotations with technical support, commercial negotiations and persuade/convince customer to place the order with the company.
5. To process the order as per the nature of the job.
6. When necessary co-ordinate with Sales Manager for initiating procurement of items/goods from Carrier factories/vendors.
7. To prepare booking request on the customer as per the terms of the order and get the same approved by the sales Manager prior to issuing it to the customer.
8. To be responsible for accurate preparation of all documents assigned to the incumbent. This includes sales order, delivery form, quotation, inquiry follow up report. |
