· Quality check drilling proposals
· Drilling contracts tendering
· Monitoring contract performance
· Plan and put in place contingencies and solutions for expected drilling problems
· Authorization for expenditure
· End of well report and analysis
· Analysis of supporting services performance
· Daily drilling reports
