Recruitment of Officers and Crew for the entire fleet starting from flashing requirements to all the agents in various countries like United Kingdom, Croatia, Russia, Ukraine, Philippines, Indonesia, Ghana and India, vetting the CVs of the proposed candidates according to the type of vessel and required experience, conducting telephonic / web cam interviews, getting the selected candidate approved from the Management and the various Charterers with whom vessels are regularly chartered.

Supervising & checking all the crew documentation and ensuring all the crew have the requisite flag state endorsements prior joining the vessel.
